Atty.Allen D. Yntig,CPA ("Atty. Allen") is a dedicated professional specializing in Labor Law, Property Law, Business Registration/Incorporation and a variety of legal disciplines, viz:

1. Preparation and Notarization of documents including, but not limited to, Secretary Certificates, Director Certificates, General Information Sheet (GIS), Board Resolutions, Employment Contracts, Special Powers of Attorney, Authority to Sell, Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute/ Conditional Sale;

5. Representation in labor disputes initiated or pending at the NLRC or issues pending with the DOLE including, but not limited to, issues concerning D.O. 174 or the Guidelines with regard to Contracting and Subcontracting Arrangements;

6.Transfer of Ownership of Real Estate Properties ranging from condominiums, townhouses, and/or parcels of land in the Philippines;
